I asked if a loaner was possible - he made it happen. Service on my vehicle was quick and thorough - with a report back of watch items that could be deferred until my next service. They even found a nail in my tire, and patched that for me too. Check out was easy, and when they drove my car up - I wasn't even sure that was mine. Very shiny and clean. :) Excellent service overall. More

fast and efficient i gave a 5 star rating because they are very accomadating. I had scheduled to have an oil change, tire rotation and engine filters changed with me hav i gave a 5 star rating because they are very accomadating. I had scheduled to have an oil change, tire rotation and engine filters changed with me having to leave work on my break to drop off my car, they had the shuttle ready to drive me back. My service guy, Larry went over the plan of service with added complimentry wash and vacuum. My car was ready in an hour! I got a call saying my car was ready and to call for shuttle at my early convenience. I called for shuttle during my lunch break, he drove over to pick me up and shuttle me back. Larry went over what they had inspected and the service they did, paid and I was on my way back to work within less than half an hour. Thanks Acura! More
