Colin continues to provide excellent customer support and is very knowledgeable of the various Acura vehicles and it's upgrades with new models. The overall transaction was very efficient and we were able to complete all the paperwork and vehicle review within an hour. He also made the turn in process for our older Acura lease very smooth and without any issues. We will definitely choose to work with Colin in the future. More

Colin helps to streamline the procedure and is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles Acura sells, as well as competitive models sold by other companies. He instructed us on the new features of the 2018 model we were purchasing as well as reviewed some of the features that had stayed the same or changed only slightly. He was very considerate of our time and willing to spend as much time as we needed to become comfortable with our new MDX. We highly appreciate his level of professionalism, his knowledge of the product, his honesty and integrity, as well as his sincerity and friendliness. A Wonderful Purchase Experience - Colin Sato Two friends who had previous experience with Acura of Honolulu recommended I visit with Colin. My wife and I met with Colin on a Saturday morning. H Two friends who had previous experience with Acura of Honolulu recommended I visit with Colin. My wife and I met with Colin on a Saturday morning. He spent the next two hours listening to our desires and expectations, and fully explaining the design features and model options of the Acura TLX. We took test drives in two models and he further explained and showed us many features. We were very impressed with his level of knowledge of the product. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. It made it very easy to make a decision on which model to consider for purchase. We didn't purchase our car that day, we had intended to visit the Lexus and Audi dealers to check out their offerings. We decided later that evening that we had learned enough earlier that day about the TLX and we lost interest in checking out other cars. I called the following Monday morning to say that we would like to purchase the TLX V6. He found the vehicle we wanted in one of the 3 Acura of Honolulu car lots and had it prepped for us to pick up later that afternoon. The entire purchase experience, start to finish, was exceptional.
