BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We were looking for an original bodystyle Ford Escape. I saw a 2012 online at Acura, so I came in. Tommy Lee met me in the lot, we walked over to chec We were looking for an original bodystyle Ford Escape. I saw a 2012 online at Acura, so I came in. Tommy Lee met me in the lot, we walked over to check out the car, and then I took it for a little spin with Tommy. The car was perfect for what I was looking for - my wife and daughter would be driving this mostly, I told Tommy this is perfect, but I have to make the decision with my wife, who was home in Kaneohe. Tommy suggested we go pick her up!!! The car ran great over the mountains as Tommy & I talked. At home, my wife and daughter loved the car, and felt great with Tommy. We drove back to the dealer, and made a deal. I was surprised and thrilled we were able to bring the car home that night!!! i needed to come back the next day with a check for the balance. The next day, I get a call from Tommy (on his day off). The service dept had ordered new brakes for the Ford, and they came in that morning. I think most dealers would have said the car is sold, lets skip it. But service and Tommy wanted to make sure I brought the car in that day to get the brakes changed. Wow!! Everything with the paying for the vehicle was super efficient and easy. Tommy Lee is a real star, and really knows the meaning of great customer service. More
