Acura has a low-key Best dealership experience since another dealership fed my (at the time) young children fried chicken during the purchase process. Acura has a low-keyed approach which made this experience tolerable. Though there was no "haggling" or "back and forth," it is still a lengthy process. However, when your sales person is pleasant and there's no pressure to purchase, the overall experience is good. More

We always get a loaner and they always treat us like they're truly happy to see us. The wait is short, the service is good. I only wish the courtesy car wash were a bit better. Exceptional Quality of Service I can always rely on the Acura service department because whenever I bring my car in for service and take it home, it has not broken down (so far, sev I can always rely on the Acura service department because whenever I bring my car in for service and take it home, it has not broken down (so far, seven years) and required repair outside of my normal appointments. I tell friends and family sometimes the repairs are very costly, but it is well worth it since my MDX has never given me a problem at an inopportune time. More
