Yearly service and oil change. Service was quick, within an hour. They changed our oil, rotated our tires and replaced the wiper blades. Our car came back washed and vaccuumed. The Integrity of Acura of Honolulu My rating is of Colin Sato and the overall service of Acura of Honolulu. I had a 2017 RDX with continuously squeaky breaks. I brought it in for servic My rating is of Colin Sato and the overall service of Acura of Honolulu. I had a 2017 RDX with continuously squeaky breaks. I brought it in for service about 7-8 times, and eventually my brakes would continue squeaking. Frank Oros my service rep was wonderful and patient, as was Jimmy the technician. Ruben the service manager was also very kind and helpful. The regional customer service rep was in town and also heard my brakes and learned of my issues. After some phone calls with Acura customer experience and this store, they let me out of my lease after a year, so I could just get another vehicle. In steps Brian the manager and Colin who helped me as I decided on the TLX. I love my new car! I purchased an MDX from Acura Honolulu in 2010, had great service and no issues with my vehicle. The RDXs have had some break issues, but not to the extent of my vehicle. This is why I will continue to buy Acura vehicles and return to Colin at Acura of Honolulu. He provided great service, and was very knowledgeable about Acura’s and cars in general. This dealership overall did everything they could to ensure I remained a satisfied customer. More
Answered questions Perfectly!!! I had an issue with my rear MDX wiper and Frank assisted perfectly. He had a tech check it out for me and solved the problem; then at my service he h I had an issue with my rear MDX wiper and Frank assisted perfectly. He had a tech check it out for me and solved the problem; then at my service he had it fixed, Additionally, he answered the question on the Bluetooth phone, with Handfree Link. Myself and several other Acura owners are having the same issue. Now we know its not user error. Hope a fix comes in soon. More
Recall for air bag Jacob was courteous and had me on my way quickly, both when I dropped of our TSX and picked up the loaner and when I returned to pick up our TSX.
