Quick and easy service and a wonderful test drive Service for our car was smooth and quick. Excellent Service First off, Jacob Pokipala was my service advisor. He has given me advice on what to do and let me know of any discounts/offers available, which saved me a lot of money. He also continuously throws in a loaner car for me to use every time I go for free (if there are any available). I feel like he creates great customer relationships and it works for all the better. Secondly, after my visit(s), I enjoy receiving recommendations of what are some things that are coming up and or should be replaced soon. The service is great and my car works really well after every servicing. Despite having great customer service, I did run into one problem. When receiving my car, my car was blocked in on all sides. I told the women working in the cashier area. They were nice and said they would get someone to move one of the cars so that I could get out. I waited for about 10-15 minutes. Then a guy asked if the car I was standing in was mine and if I needed to get out. He then moved it. More

Great Service! i was greated with a big smile and a "Good Morning" from the receiving person outside. She new my name and escorted me to Jacob Pokipala's desk. I felt comfortable and at ease with him. We discussed the car and what needed to be done. As he entered all the information on his terminal he continued to talk to me. He was very efficient in entering all the correct information and completing the paper work and appointment. It was seamless. I was impressed with his friendliness, accuracy and timing. In no time he had me signed up for the shuttle to work. This was all before 7:00am. Roger the shuttle driver was very polite. Since I was the only one that needed a ride that morning, we had a nice conversation while we drove into town. He's a good driver. He's dropped me off and picked me up a number of times and is always kind and courteous. More
