Accommodating, Great Service Came in for a routine oil change and to have our front brakes replaced. Our service provider, Larry, remains to be a very great help. He knows that we have a toddler and arranged for a loaner car for the few hours that our car needed to stay for repair. Very thoughtful since it is very challenging to keep a toddler entertained for several hours in a waiting area. So, thank you for your thoughtfulness. We truly appreciate it. I can always depend on him for advice and expertise. Paul and Joe are the reason I continue to be part of the Acura family. They have always supported me from my first car (Integra 1993, that was a "lemon") to my present car. They took time to know me as a person and how particular I am with my car. I was very nervous to begin working with Jacon. I didn't know him and I wanted the same honesty, and genuine support I had with Paul. Jacon P. is a wonderful addition to the service manager's team. I told him I trust Joe's input about my car and would like him to check with Joe if he ever questioned matters and concerns. He kept me informed of the details to the services on my car and what service will be needed next. Jacon also knew details of the MDX, the loaner car I had. He gave me features of the 2 MDX models. I told him it's my dream vehicle and being teacher, I couldn't afford it. He explained that I could afford a lower model. Hopefully one day I will be an owner of an MDX. I love my TSX (which Joe helped me find). More
