Service department had my car for four months. Could not accurately diagnose or fix the problem. Finally the warranty company sent a representative who diagnosed the problem. Finally after 4 months the car was fixed for $4800 dollars and now a month later it is broken with the same problem and Gabe the service manager at Acura will not warranty the work they did and says I have to pay all over again for diagnostics and service. This just isn’t right. This is absolutely the worst service department I have ever been to. And my car is still broken. And Gabe is the most unreasonable service rep that I have ever dealt with. More

This has been the worst car purchase I have ever done. I purchased an electric car 2 months ago, and I am still dealing with finalizing the process. I was supposed to get some papers to get a tax credi I purchased an electric car 2 months ago, and I am still dealing with finalizing the process. I was supposed to get some papers to get a tax credit. This took emails that weren't replied, expecting call-backs that never happened, so it took a lot of pushing around at every stage of the process. So let's say I had to do the whole routine twice. Once you buy the car it is hard to get a hold of the people you need. Then I realized also that they had written my email with 0% accuracy. The only thing they got right was .com I was told I would get the registration in about a month. It has been 2 months and nothing. After calling the DMV, I am told the car is still registered in their name. When I contacted them, I am told to give my number for a call-back but I decide to wait, because I know they do not return calls (Aldi the person you talk to at first gives you a whatever answer that does not answer the question, so they just do the Karen for you and get you the manager). When talking to the manager, he tells me they had just finished transferring the car from the first owner to them, that the car's safety is expired, so I need to bring it so I can get an expired safety so they can begin the process. Since I am going there I ask if they can check a leaky tire and to do it although the warranty expired a month ago, and they agree (it looked like they knew about the problem because without saying anything the service guy already knew what tire it was). I decided to write this review because I have been here for over 2 hours and I am still waiting. I don't speak hawaiian, but Aikahi (they offer the Aikahi experience) has got to mean s#$%^tty More
