Thank you for your review and I am sorry there was something missed, here. I looked over your documentation from the Summer of 2022 when you purchased your pre-owned vehicle, and your warranty indeed covered the vehicle until over 129,000 total miles, but on a 2016 model, it appears the combination of age of vehicle and overall miles have exceeded the Warranty's Coverage. I don't see any evidence of any malicious intent, plus multiple acknowledgements about the warranty on your behalf, as well. You guys sold the vehicle to me knowing the year and milage now u are telling me this about the warranty in fact not to long after i got the car from u guys i bought it in and spend over 400 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation .
