5 Star Service 2nd to none I went to Acura of Glendale in April of 2015 and purchased a certified pre-owned Acura. I was in the market looking for a vehicle that was luxury sport. Prior to visiting Acura of Glendale I went to a few other high end dealerships. Although I could purchase any vehicle at those locations the service was terrible and I decided not to. When I went to you Acura of Glendale I was treated like a queen! My sales consultant Dale McCarthy helped me through each step of purchasing the vehicle. I have never experienced such great customer service like the service I received from Dale and the friendly staff at Acura of Glendale. They were hospitable and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Acura of Glendale to any of my friends or family! More

I was approached by Alton, the Internet & Fleet Manager, who paitently walked me through each option, providing me with a detailed listing of prices and options that best suited my needs. Both Alton and Dwight were very professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with. On top of that, Alton really went out of his way to ensure I get the car I wanted in a timely fashion. They offered me the best price that other Acura dealers cannot match and in less than 24 hours, I went from not knowing what I want to signing a lease with them. It is my first experience leasing a vehicle and I have to say I enjoyed the process and am very happy to get the car I wanted. I will definitely recommend Acura of Glendale to anyone who wants honest, reliable, and quick service. More

Best Car Dealer Experience in Years I traded my 2013 Acura for a 2015 Acura ILX on Wednesday. I found the car I wanted online and began negotiating with the manager of the online sales t I traded my 2013 Acura for a 2015 Acura ILX on Wednesday. I found the car I wanted online and began negotiating with the manager of the online sales team. He was conscientious without being pushy, professional, and accurate about price of the new car and my trade in. We drove 65 miles in LA traffic to the dealership and it was worth it! We were in and out within two hours and drove my lovely new car home. I would highly recommend this dealer even if you have to drive to get there. More

Fast service, good experience I had an appointment for servicing the car. After less than an hour, Sedrik came to explain, what was done and any work I might need in the near futur I had an appointment for servicing the car. After less than an hour, Sedrik came to explain, what was done and any work I might need in the near future. Every time I come here, the employees taking care of my car have been truthful and dependent. Never have they tried to trick me into getting something I don't need, or the car is not due for. I have never written a review for the 3 plus years I have been coming here, so this has been long overdue. Thank you Acura of Glendale guys, and girls. More
