Got my ILX back! Brad has always been very professional and accommodating. He has a positive attitude towards his clients at all times. That sure helps when you had to wait for almost a month before a recalled part of your car gets replaced, had to use a rental car and had to ask for a replacement because the first rental car was acting up, AND Acura financial accidentally charged you for monthly payment twice. (Yes, I've been refunded and they have apologized...) Thanks Brad and Service Team! More
