They both explained everything thoroughly and did theirbest to get us the deal we were comfortable with. SERVICE MANAGER JOHN IS DOING A GREAT JOB. Brought a new RDX IN February, 2015, battery was dead on October 14, 2018. Asked the AAA service and replaced the battery. Called RDX in Glendale, Brought a new RDX IN February, 2015, battery was dead on October 14, 2018. Asked the AAA service and replaced the battery. Alton Ho was the 1st person who met us 6 years ago and made an offer to us. Since than he was almost as a friend not just a salesman. He always follows up during all these years to make sure everything is fine with the car, service , etc. He is very professional, smart, friendly.
