I recently purchase an RDX from their dealership and absolutely loved how they answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the best deal for the model I wanted. Every since my purchase, I have called a few times to ask questions, setup service appointments, and so on. Both the sales and service department not only response back almost immediately, but they actually make sure to explain everything in detail and help me more than I would have expected. Overall, the car I got is amazing, the customer service and reliability from this location is great and I appreciate the professionalism from everyone I have worked with so far. More

She was forthcoming and explained all the amenities and functions of the car and console. Her great and personable personality made the experience even better. For once in all of the car buying or leasing experiences I have gone through over the years, this was one breezy and enjoyable experience! Artur's efficient processing and explaining of the terms and paperwork was like a walk in the park. The excellence of this team did not end there. Karine then took us to the service center and introduced us to the Service Manager Tony! Going above and beyond is what this team demonstrated to us. He tried everything to get us into the car we wanted, which he did. His customer service exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. When it was time to turn in our leased vehicle and purchase an MDX, he was efficient, attentive and was exceptionally professional and courteous. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Maurice, from the very moment he said hello to us driving away in our new car, we knew we were in the best hands. He took time to explain every thing to us, all the features in our new car. Dwight was so friendly and happy for us to get our new car. Overall, this dealership is by the far the best I have dealt with and I continually recommend them to any and every one. I won't take my Acura business anywhere else. We also leave almost three hours away from this dealership and still would make that trip anytime to conduct business with them. More
