Life Upgrade! I have been a Honda driver all my life. After kids went off to college, it was time to say good bye to the minivan days and move up and on to an Acura I have been a Honda driver all my life. After kids went off to college, it was time to say good bye to the minivan days and move up and on to an Acura RDX vs ILX. I was greeted immediately and warmly by Acura of Glendale's general manager Jeannie Brewer, who recommended RDX based on my needs.I was then introduced to Sales Associate Calvin Siow for test drive of Acura RDX. Calvin took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in my first new car in over 10 years and suggested the Acura RDX with tech package. He also took the time to expertly and patiently explain all the features of the RDX. I was hooked after experiencing the smooth handling of this beautiful car. The financing and trade in were dealt with efficiently by Associate Artur Oganyan. While waiting for my actual vehicle to arrive from elsewhere a few days later, Calvin checked in to report on the progress. When I went to pick up the car, Calvin took the time to once again patiently review the features of the RDX and help sync my Android phone with the new software. He also checked in the next day to see if I had any more questions . I truly appreciate the service I received from Calvin Siow at Acura of Glendale and love my new car! More

I’ve been thinking for a while to changed my RDX 2018 into something that is more upgraded & more elegant and specially with navigation. We went to Acura of Glendale and the first person greeted us was C into something that is more upgraded & more elegant and specially with navigation. TRULY A CLASSY DEALERSHIP. I generally have had very negative experiences purchasing or leasing cars, however, this dealership was completely different from my past experiences. Awesome People, Great Price When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by the owner (how often does that happen, right?). He introduced me to Karine, who took me on a test drive of an RDX and expertly answered all of my questions about the car. The grin on my face probably ruined any chance of "hard" bargaining, but thankfully no negotiation was necessary. I was offered a price that was better than any I saw online. My great experience continued 3 days later, when I went back to have some accessories installed. Brad in the service dept. came by the waiting area at least 3 times to keep me posted. When I couldn't decide between black or white side moldings (my RDX is white with black trim), Brad taped black on one side and white on the other so that I would be sure about my choice. I cannot imagine any other dealership doing this. I am a big fan of this dealership and its people. More
