For once in all of the car buying or leasing experiences I have gone through over the years, this was one breezy and enjoyable experience! Artur's efficient processing and explaining of the terms and paperwork was like a walk in the park. The excellence of this team did not end there. Karine then took us to the service center and introduced us to the Service Manager Tony! Going above and beyond is what this team demonstrated to us. Amazing from the beginning! I originally leased an Acura RDX through the dealership and had always dealt with Dwight Rogers. He was thorough and so friendly. He tried everything to get us into the car we wanted, which he did. His customer service exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. When it was time to turn in our leased vehicle and purchase an MDX, he was efficient, attentive and was exceptionally professional and courteous. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Maurice, from the very moment he said hello to us driving away in our new car, we knew we were in the best hands. He took time to explain every thing to us, all the features in our new car. Dwight was so friendly and happy for us to get our new car. Overall, this dealership is by the far the best I have dealt with and I continually recommend them to any and every one. I won't take my Acura business anywhere else. We also leave almost three hours away from this dealership and still would make that trip anytime to conduct business with them. More

Best Auto Buying Experience Ever From the initial conversation with Alton Ho up til the time I signed the contract, he has been totally transparent and answered all of my questions an From the initial conversation with Alton Ho up til the time I signed the contract, he has been totally transparent and answered all of my questions and had nothing to hide. He was up front and did not rush/pressure me into making any rash decisions. On our initial conversation, I mentioned to him that I was considering a Blue RDX Tech and instead of having me rush down there to see him, he told me that it would be best to come see the car when it's brighter out because the color might look different in low light compared to bright light. I thought that was great of him and made me very comfortable in dealing with him. Once we agreed on a price, I indicated to him when I was going to come down to sign the paperwork. Upon arriving, he had the car sitting in the shade, all washed and gased up. I didn't have to wait for that like I did when I was at the Audi dealership 3 years ago. I was greeted by his team and went through the paperwork process. I spent an hour from entering to leaving the lot. They didn't try to up sell me on anything and I was grateful how smooth and fast the process went. I would definitely recommend this dealership when considering your next Acura.
