He was helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help me get the exact car I wanted. He's not pushy at all. He gives you a lot of room and time to decide what you want. I wanted a specific RDX with a specific exterior/interior color combo, and Calvin made it happen in a very timely fashion. He also gave me a great deal on the car!
