She was very friendly and personable and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of before we came in to sign. Even after we closed the deal, she took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure to introduce us to the service team, and walked us through all the features of our new purchase. Artur in finance was also super friendly and professional in helping us with the paperwork. He was very efficient and made the paperwork painless. My first Acura experience! Back in August 2019, My car was totaled and I needed to get another car quick. Straight forward, easy to deal with My lease process was simple and quick at Acura of Glendale. The sale manage Dwight was quick in responding my emails for my ILX lease deal.
