I stopped by one day, early in the evening, where I wanted to see and test drive the Acura MDX. I needed to buy a car but wasn't really sure if Acura was "the one." So, I met up with Mr. Maurice Nunez and he showed me the vehicle/it's features, was very patient with me to answer my questions/concerns and represented me well with the owner to finalize a "line in the sand" price which resulted in me buying my 1st Acura; a 2017 low millage, fully-loaded MDX. Mr. Nunez's vehicle knowledge, professionalism and personality made this purchase a "hassle-free" process that was tailored to my needs... Thanks Maurice! Calvin Siow is an amazing sales associate! He was patient, explained the differences between the ILX, TLX and the RDX. I was hesitant about test driving all three vehicles, but calvin encouraged me t patient, explained the differences between the ILX, TLX and the RDX. We had an RDX 2017 leased prior from them and loved the customer service, honesty, the car and the servicing department. If the car has some major dents, no problem they got you covered too. Hat down to this Team of Acura Glendale (not to forget Artur, Maurice and all the associates). Signing the paperwork when we came took less than 40min and we were showed a nice overview on our car as well from Karine I believe. Will look to do business again with them in the future. More
