I've been going to ACURA of Glendale (CA) ever since I've purchased my 2019 ACURA RDX Tech, Pkg. back in April of 2019. Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glend purchased my 2019 ACURA RDX Tech, Pkg. back in April of 2019. Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glendale dealership is much closer, so I went to the Glendale location for services. John Ladouceur and his crew (Brad, Manny, Roger) have taken great care of me since last April. Even though the Apply CarPlay issue has been a headache to deal with to this day, they understand my frustration and have been very respectful and courteous in every way. I have serviced my vehicle only at this location since the purchase because they have been nothing but the best and I am completely satisfied with the quality of service I have received, and that says a lot about the leadership of John and his crew. Trust your ACURA (or HONDA) at this dealership and you won't be disappointed. More

Alton and Maurice were super helpful on my needs to return my expired MDX and to lease a new MDX on Oct. 24, 2020. Alton gave the price matching my expectation, helped to deal with Acura to waive my ou return my expired MDX and to lease a new MDX on Oct. 24, 2020. Alton gave the price matching my expectation, helped to deal with Acura to waive my out-of-pocket expense (over mileage, lost of one key...); Maurice made the whole processing smooth and comfortable. The service of Maurice was excellent. Explained a lot of things to us especially Acura loyalty program. Would have wanted to get the insurance offered but unfortunately we were not able to agree with the pr things to us especially Acura loyalty program.
