This is our 3rd Acura but our 1st from Acura of Escondido. Zhou (Sales) was a pleasure to work with. He is not only extremely competent but he did not try to push for the sale like most all do. He was very honest, patient and super funny. He even continues to followup with me to make sure I'm completely satisfied after almost a month since I purchased the vehicle. Not to mention he put in to replace a part (very minor) that I didn't even notice was broken until he mentioned it. You can tell he really cares about his clients. Also, both Glenn (Sales Manager) and Iyshia (Finance Manager) were great! They treated us with respect and got us through the paperwork process extremely quick. The quickest I've ever experienced. Zhou, Glenn and Iyshia made this purchase fun and exciting, like it should be. It was a pleasure to buy a car from this team at Acura of Econdido and I will definitely be back for our next one. They are not responsible I have an Acura 2013, which manufacture uses conventional oil, not full synthetic oil. We switched to synthetic oil long ago and keeps using synthetic I have an Acura 2013, which manufacture uses conventional oil, not full synthetic oil. We switched to synthetic oil long ago and keeps using synthetic oil ever since with this dealer. Every time I told this dealer to keep whatever it uses, no change. Today, I just found out they changed it to conventional oil without noticing me. And they recommended synthetic oil to me this time. Ridiculous! More
