Tires Charlie has been very helpful the two experiences I have had. The first time I had a tire blow out and he ordered all 4 new tires and had them instal Charlie has been very helpful the two experiences I have had. The first time I had a tire blow out and he ordered all 4 new tires and had them installed within a few days. I learned at this time, I did not have a spare tire, apparently new cars don't!!! Since it was quite pricey for a spare tire set, I waited several months to decide to move forward. At this time it was during our current COVID situation. Everything went smoothly and it was installed timely in 1/2 day. They cleaned my car with the service. Quick and no issues. I do have another issue with the transmission jerking between 25-35 mph. They noted and ran a scan but did not actually test drive it to see what exactly I was referring to. I have also taken it to KM Acura and same thing. I wish someone would drive it but it seems all is automated now. A software update was installed but it continues to jerk as if it is shifting gears abruptly and sometimes just doesn't accelerate. Seems to be a glitch in the 2018 TLX but is quite annoying. Would like some closure since I plan to keep the car a long time. I would refer someone here. More
