I showed up at the Norris Acura dealership last Tuesday morning without an appointment because my wife had a problem with the driver side seat belt the day before. I had to be on the road as quickly as possible for work in my 2011 TL but was worried that the seat belt was not working properly. Jeffrey Deck was able to have a technition look at my car, check the seat belt and all within a half hour and get me on the road with confidence. I say that that is remarkable service with a smile. I brougth my new TL in for 5000 mile service. Rob in the service dept was my contact. I've had dealings with Rob previously in service for other Acuras and have always found him to be friendly, professiona service dept was my contact. I have been bringing my car to Acura West for over 13 years and it was because of people like Rob that I chose to purchase my next car from the dealership in 2011. They sincerely show this to me everything time I go there. Having a familiar face like Rob, is comforting and the personal service, which in my opinion has deteriorated, is worth more than the cost of the car. I took my Acura TSX in for routine oil service and the whole experience was great. Everyone was very friendly from the start. Especially Jeremy Ford. He even threw in a new set of wiper blades for free be whole experience was great. Everyone was very friendly from the start. Especially Jeremy Ford. I must say that I was very disappointed by the cleaning of the car (the vacuuming). Now I have to pay to have it vacuumed inside because the service department at Norris Acura only did the front place mat of the car (the vacuuming). Now I have to pay to have it vacuumed inside because the service department at Norris Acura only did the front place mats. This is the second time that this has happened at this dealership. My wife brought in the car for a cleaning and vacuum and they only vacuumed the front driver mats. Now I bring it in for an oil change and tire rotation and Norris says they will also vacuum the interior. I go out of my way to tell them to please make sure to vacuum the whole car and what do I get-- the front mats again. Seriously, Jiffy Lube vacuums better than you all. Now I have to pay to get it cleaned out at Mr. Wash. So I would like to say if they offer it, then do it correctly. If they are going to do it half -----, then why even bother offering that service. More

I've been taking our Acura MDX SUVs there for 5 years now after purchasing them there only words to describe Norris Acua West's Service Department. I've been taking our Acura MDX SUVs there for 5 years now after purchasing them there and all I can say is one of the primary reasons we bought our new 2010 MDX from them is the service. Robert Squibb, our Service Writer, is one of the best I've ever encountered,and I've owned 53 automobiles in the last 44 years!!! Well done gentlemen. More

I have had my 2009 Acura TL serviced with Norris Acura since I purchased it in May 2009. I was fortunate that Rob Squib has been my service advisor from the beginning. He has always gone out of his way to remedy any issues I might have had with my car. I am very particular about my car, how it is serviced and Rob has always come through for me. In the past if there was an issue with the car, Rob has ALWAYS taken care of me, I cannot recommend him enough. If you need your Acura serviced, make sure and see Rob Squib, he has been a service advisor there at Norris Acrua for eight years now. Rob's attitude, demenor and desire to make things right is what sets this dealership apart from any other. I have had numerous automobiles over the years, Audi, Cadillac, Volvo, Saab, no other service department has even come close to Rob. Thanks Rob, keep up the fantastic work. Let me give you an additional example, I had Acura all weather place mats, unfortunately, the quality is not up to par and the driver's side only laster five months, I shared that with Rob, who immediately replaced that place mat at no charge. That one lasted only a few months as well, but that's not his fault, once again he went out of his way to make things "right" for his customer. Hats off to Norris Acura for employing individuals with a work ethic like Rob Squib. More
Paul took care of my normal oil change/tire rotation service AND resolved the problem with my speakers AND tested my battery and replaced it since it was bad. I had no idea that the battery was going bad -- it was sure a nice surprise to find that he tested it versus trying to start the car one cold morning and find it was dead! His service was outstanding and heads and shoulders above any other I have received at any other dealership! More
