Great Customer Service I can't say enough about the service I receive at Norris Acura West. I am always greeted by a friendly employee to check my car in for service and the I can't say enough about the service I receive at Norris Acura West. I am always greeted by a friendly employee to check my car in for service and they always ask me if I have any particular issues other than the usual service. They are prompt in getting my car serviced. They explain what they are doing and if anything unusual arises they will let me know during the service. They make sure all the work done is charged correctly whether it is a warranty or under my prepaid maintenance plan. I appreciate the courteous personnel. Jeremy Ford has been working with me since I have purchased my Acura and I am very pleased with his professionalism and helpfulness. I have been at other dealerships where I did not receive the same attention that I receive here. More

Rob is Great I have had our Acura TL serviced by Rob Squibb at Norris Acura since 2009. It is by far the best experience I have ever had from any dealership. I h I have had our Acura TL serviced by Rob Squibb at Norris Acura since 2009. It is by far the best experience I have ever had from any dealership. I have owned automobiles from: Cadillac, Audi, Saab, Volvo and Chevrolet, non of these could hold a candle to Rob and the level of customer service that has always been practiced at Norris Acura West. Rob is the primary reason we purchased another Acura two months ago. Thank about this for a moment, you spend a total of maybe two hours when you purchase an automobile with the sales and finance folks. You will spend the next several years with the Service Department folks. So if time spent is the most important measure, which it is, then one's experience in the Service Department is the most important and it has been exceptional. Any and all issues I have had with my TL have always been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction by Rob and his colleagues. Thank you Rob. More

Consistently I have been impressed with the service. Rob Squibb, our service advisor, has always provided accurate and professional service and advice. He has been alert to factory recalls and promptly sees that our vehicles are repaired. He is always friendly and courteous. The service techicians have been excellent at diagnosing issues with our vehicles and correctly repairing them. Our vehicles are always washed. The dealership is housed in a clean and brightly lit building. The free Starbucks coffee and pastries add a nice touch. This is a very reputable dealership. I highly recommed this Acura dealership. I have a 2010 RDX and the car w3ould not start on Friday 12/28/12. I then called the Acura TLC Roadside Assistance & they came right out to my house within 45 mins. They said the battery was a Friday 12/28/12. I then called the Acura TLC Roadside Assistance & they came right out to my house within 45 mins. They said the battery was a loittle low. I then took my RDX to my Norris Acura sto9re the very next day. Mr. Michael was very helpful. He sent the car in to service, they checked the battery, it was running low and they in stalled a new battery right away ! Battery in right away ! Dealership the next day and Mr. Michael took care of things for me right away ! More
