Unprofessional liars I really wanted to give Norris Acura auto connect a great review. They were able to come very close to my asking price, they fixed the minor issue I observed on the test drive without hesitation and overall they seemed to be a very customer friendly dealership. Fast-forward to the day I went to sign my paperwork and seal the deal, things began to go downhill. First, they dropped the price of the vehicle on the Internet, but would not honor that price, then they tried to charge me a couple hundred dollars more for the vehicle than the price we had agreed on the night before, but luckly I got that resolved. To continue, after having the vehicle only a couple weeks I noticed the sunroof didn't work; I cant say whether or not it work prior to me purchasing the vehicle because I dont recall testing it out (it was winter time, my error, lesson learned) Anyway, I called the dealership and told them of the problem. They told me to bring it in anytime the service center was open, and that they would fix it because I had not reached my 30day/1k mile warranty . So I took the vehicle in to be serviced. My sales rep wasn't in so i spoke to one of the managers at the front desk (he was very rude and unprofessional , he didn't even look up from the computer to talk to me). He then sent another manager to talk to me. This managers was much more friendly (so I thought) and told me to bring my vehicle back on Monday and he would get it fixed. On Monday I took the vehicle back to the dealership and spoke with the manager, he tells me it will be a couple hours and he would give me a call when it was done. By the COB that day I didn't receive a call so I decided to call them. When I called I was told that the service dept was closed so I'd have to call back the next day, I call the next day, they inform me a part is being ordered, I call the next day to check the status and Im told my vehicle is still not ready. By Thursday Im fed up, one because I've just paid them over 25k for a vehicle I was not able to drive and 2 because their communication was very poor (They'd had my car for 3 days and not one time did they call me and give me an update.) On that Thursday when I called Im informed by the CSA that the part hadn't been ordered and that they had just received approval to fix my vehicle aaand that it wouldn't be complete until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. All the time the service manager and my sales associate were lying to me, a part was never ordered my vehicle was just sitting. When I addressed the sales manager about the issue he said that I would not have had this issue if I had purchased the extended warranty. That was an absurd and very unprofessional response. It took them 2 weeks to put a new sunroof motor in. 2 week!!!! And they didnt provide me with a rental car nor did anyone ever call me to update me during the 2 week period. At one point they even stopped answering and returning my calls. Then when we went to pick the vehicle up the sales manager had the nerve to slide my keys to my fiancée. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The only honest person that we worked with was the CSA he was the only one that was honest. Thank you for that. More

I you need your car serviced......stay away! Totally rip of They don't really check under your hood and around your car, they just pull up your carfax and go buy your previous recommendations! I had two minor issues with my car that I was aware of prior to taking it in for service. They would require no labor costs and to make matters worse, one of the issues was my hood would not stay up, my struts needed replacement. Do you think they mentioned that to me? NO! They only mentioned the issues that I have no clue of knowing about and that would cost thousands of dollars with labor alone. Such a rip-off! More

Buyer Beware I bought a used vehicle from Norris and at that time I was told I would have a 1 year warranty. Just 2 months after purchase, I brought car back to m I bought a used vehicle from Norris and at that time I was told I would have a 1 year warranty. Just 2 months after purchase, I brought car back to mechanics with multiple issues, and was told that my warranty was only good for 1000 miles. I went back to my paperwork, and there is no mention of a warranty. My repairs came to $2900! Please read your paperwork, and ensure there is a warranty. An oral contract obviously doesn't hold true! Then take your used vehicle to a mechanic for a once over the same day you buy it! More

Except Rob Squibb nobody cares for customer. Robb is the only friendly guy I met at Norris. Rest all were rude especially the cashier lady. OMG she was soo very rude. Next for making a service appointment I called Norris and the guy was talking so rude as if he is gonna pay for my service, I reported the same to service manger n he didnot care either. I would definitely recommend Rosenthal over Norris Acura in ellicott city. People are so rude except Robb Squibb. More
