Over the course of a Saturday, we visited multiple different car dealerships as well as multiple Acura dealerships. My wife and I both rated our experience at Norris as the best of the 5 dealerships we visited. They were friendly and not pushy on the sales approach. When we first walked in, the General Sales Manager, Riley, greeted us and asked how they could help us. We said we were browsing between an RDX and an MDX, and wanted to get a feel for size of the vehicles. He asked if we would like to browse on our own or if we wanted a specialist to walk us through both vehicles. We opted to look at both vehicles in the showroom on our own. When we were ready to take a test drive, Riley set us up with the RDX and walked us through the car and the features. After the test drive, he collected some basic information to get us the best possible offer. No back and forth negotiation was needed - we received a great price on a new RDX. We chose to not make the purchase decision then and come back another day. My wife and I came back two days later - Riley remembered our names and set us up with one of the sales representatives, Kevin, who was both responsive and had a great attitude. They honored the price we were offered and we moved to expeditiously close the deal. Even the financing process was relatively painless - they had to to the requisite add-on pitch for extended insurance, etc., but after we quickly declined they moved on. The price that we were offered (plus taxes and fees) was the exact number that the financing department had - no hidden fees, additional costs or gimmicks. One of our best car buying experiences and we would highly recommend Norris Acura to any potential car buyer. tl,dr: friendly and helpful staff, a consultative sales process (not a pushy sales process), great pricing; would recommend to anyone looking at an Acura (in fact, my wife has recommended Norris to multiple of her colleagues in the market for a new car).
