Multiple days - but in the end it worked great. Norris Acura did a great job providing the car that I wanted to test drive and then later ushering me through the process to obtain the sale. On my first day there, there was an interest in moving forward with the sale but it was taking several hours to work between the sales representative and the business manager to finalize the deal and finance options. Upon my return on the second day, the car was prepped and all paperwork was ready for me to walk in and out with the new car and also trading in my old car. I found Norris Acura not to be pushy on the sale or overly aggressive. They were reasonable to work with as I was in communication with other dealerships in the area that were less coordinated with their sales departments (multiple different people calling me even after I mentioned that I had already purchased a car).
