We recently purchased a 2011 Acura MDX with the Tech package from Norris Acura West. We worked with Larry Snyder via internet sales. Larry was very direct and to the point at all times. He was by far the least expensive between at least six Acura dealerships that I contacted in the Maryland-Virginia area. The entire sales experience was "no pressure" the entire time. Even when we met with Rachel who handled the accessories and other warranty options. The finance person was great also. Including the test drive, paperwork, and Larry going over the vehicle with us, we spent about four hours. I would highly recommend Larry and his team! More

Within a week of first contacting Norris, they had the exact car I was looking for, had communicated with me in advance about the price, condition, mileage, so I knew what to expect. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car completely detailed, filled with gas, and were ready to help me every step of the way. The communication in helping me find my the car I was looking for, and then the customer service during the transaction, were what set them apart, and I will be back when it is time to purchase a new car for my wife.
