Gene helped me pair my iPhone to the car's bluetooth, and I was able to make/receive calls hands-free and safely (not to mention perfect sound quality). I also am enjoying the XM radio ... heavenly. I actually find myself driving less aggressively and arriving at work/home completely relaxed. My employees and family are very appreciative. Thanks !!! More

I live in Cockeysville and used to service my 2007 TL Type-S with Frankel, but I found them to be arrogant, shady, and dishonest. I switched to Rob Squibb at Norris Acura West in 2008 and never looked back. I trust Rob completely. Rob is very friendly and honest about my service needs. He and his team take the time to understand any of my concerns and work to keep my car in tip-top shape. He has never tried to sell me any service my car didn't need, and I can appreciate that considering it happens all the time at other dealers. It's worth the drive to see Rob because I know I won't be taken advantage of and my car will be maintained properly. Thanks Rob! More

However, we tend to stick with the same advisor since he gets to know your vehicle. Rob Squibb has been our advisor since he came to Norris Acura West. He continually goes out of his way to assist and accommodate us. He has worked with factory representatives on our behalf. His knowledge is a valued resource to us. We trust that he will keep our vehicles running and safe, especially our oldest Acura with over 150,000 miles. We would definitely recommend this dealership and value the quality service provided. Having made the decision to by another Acura we chose Norris as the dealership. Our "old" Acura had been serviced there for 8 years. Then these are your guys. They had a used acura on their website on a Friday, the salesman and I agreed to a 9:30am Sat appt (40 miles away for me), he had my cell, said car had gone thru inspection and detail, but (surprise) when I showed up on time he said car in fact was on a rack with wheels off but I could hang for 2 hours and then see it. (i don't think so) Then the boss showed up and brusquely said "well stuff happens" Might he have called me an hour earlier to save me the trip? Nah...better to get me on site and try to work me. I moved on..suggest you do same. More

I live and work over an hour away from Norris Acura West, but Andrew changed his schedule to meet my work schedule and he even let me keep my truck in a secure place on the lot until I was able to find someone to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. I had been in contact with several other salesmen in the VA/DC/MD area and Andrew was by far the best. I'd also like to point out the fact that EVERY EASTERN MOTORS in this area is terrible! If there is any dealership I would specifically warn consumers about, it would be Eastern Motors :). Andrews customer service and support did NOT end once he made the sale. It has been a couple months since my purchase and, to this day, Andrew has been available to answer any questions I have had, and went out of his way to follow up with the licensing/titling people to ensure that my VA plates and registration arrived on time. More
