Own an Acura '03 TL with around 150K miles on it, got the brakes and power steering rack replaced a couple of weeks back, and the next week the transmission went bad and needed replacement. We were seriously debating about putting any additional money on the car. It is a risky gamble but we did take it. The whole reason for buying a premium car came into question but buying a new car wasn't an option so went ahead with the repairs. My Acura 2006 TL was due for an A12 service. I contacted a couple dealerships and Norris gave me the best price estimate. I brought my car in on a Friday morning 9:30am to have the service performed. The complete service was finished within an hour and a half, much less time than I had anticipated. My car was also washed during the visit. Jeremy also suggested that I should soon replace two tires where the tread was worn down. He provided the model tire recommended for my vehicle and gave a price estimate of what that service would cost. Norris Acura West is about 40 minutes from my house, and I have other Acura dealerships much closer to me. I had a bad experience at one of the other "closer" dealerships, so I decided to try Norris a couple years ago. I have been taking my car to them since. I have worked with a few service advisors at Norris over the years and all have provided top-notch customer service. That's why I keep coming back. More

I've come in for a few oil changes so far and an issue with a mirror and the display. Every time I come in they get the job done efficiently and make sure to explain what was going on every time.
