I have a 2010 RDX and the car w3ould not start on Friday 12/28/12. I then called the Acura TLC Roadside Assistance & they came right out to my house within 45 mins. They said the battery was a Friday 12/28/12. I then called the Acura TLC Roadside Assistance & they came right out to my house within 45 mins. They said the battery was a loittle low. I then took my RDX to my Norris Acura sto9re the very next day. Mr. Michael was very helpful. He sent the car in to service, they checked the battery, it was running low and they in stalled a new battery right away ! Battery in right away ! Dealership the next day and Mr. Michael took care of things for me right away ! More
Recently purchased MDX here. Over all experience was really good right from getting quote, taking test drive and completing finance and other registration processes. Drew was having very good knowledge of the product and walked us thru setup process and handing over the vehicle. I really havent had service experience with them yet. I took in my 2003 TL to Norris Acura in Elliott City, MD. I drive 60 miles to the dealership because have they have the highest customer rating but never again. The service department ran a diagnostic on my car headlight and informed me it was only the bulb that needed replacement. I had two other bulbs to be replaced and the bill was $493. I left the dealership without looking at the light. I was unable to see the reflection in the car in front of me so I pull over the check and found it not to be burning. I had driven 20 miles. I returned right away to be told all three components of the light were bad: inverter, igniter and bulb. My first question was what happened with that original diagnostic that I paid for? Parts were to cost me $1200 plus labor. I declined the work and insisted I be refunded the $200 for the first bulb and labor. They agreed. Before arriving home that night, my lights began flashing and there was clicking inside the car. I had never experienced any issues with the electrical system of the car. When I arrived home, I found they had pried the back cover off the light and improperly removed the bumper breaking much of the top of the bumper. I tried to contact the General Manager the next day and was offered his email address. When I contacted Acura Headquarters, I was told the bumper did not have to be removed and not sure why they did but it was between me and the dealership. I was called as part of a routine survey to ask about my service and when I told them of my experience, they informed me they would notify all parties involved and get back with me. I have yet to hear anything back. The service was friendly but I wanted my car fixed. I paid $200 to have a flood light and a side light replaced. They completely destroyed the headlight and caused an electric short. I will never use them again or buy another Acura. More

Riley Thompson, ditto plus the fastest transactor I've ever come across in a car buying experience. The dealership was clean and very modern looking and professional. Even the other sales people were engaging. I know this sounds a little corny but I was blown away by the whole experience. Compared to other car buying experiences I've had in the past, this one was by far no comparison. I would suggest raises for the lot. I know everyone is out to make a buck but I never felt that way here. Kudos to Norris Acura. You have at least two fine employees on staff. More

Other dealer offered their best price for us - "long time customers"...etc. Mr. McKay and Norris were SIGNIFICANTLY lo exactly what car we wanted. Rob was particularly helpful when I brought my 2010 TSX in for service on the breaks at 25k miles. I always recommend Norris for Acuras as this is my 2nd Norris Acura and I continue to have great experien in for service on the breaks at 25k miles.
