How Car Buying Should Be I was in the market for a SUV and was considering several options to include BMW, Audi and Mercedes. I was just about to pull the trigger and then I came across this certified pre-owned Acura ZDX on Norris Acura's website. I was currently driving a 2010 Acura TL that I had purchased from Norris a few years back. By the way that experience was excellent as well. After speaking to the salesman Chris Watson whom I had purchased my TL from he said before making a decision he recommended that we come in and take a look at the ZDX first and then go from there. Long story short my wife and I went in we both love the look and ride of the vehicle and it is now in our garage. There were a few minor cosmetic concerns we had with the vehicle and they jumped right on it and took care of everything. They gave us a fair price for my trade (Acura TL) which was a great car as well. Acura in my opinion is the closest thing you can come to a German car without the German car price. I would definitely recommend Norris Acura to anyone considering a Acura or any other type vehicle for that matter as they usually have a wonder selection of pre-owned cars other than Acura as well. I can't say enough good things about all involved with this purchase process. While the car was in service getting the minor issues addressed that we had they gave me a loaner and the Assistant Service Manger Robb Squibb called me and keep me informed of what was going on all the way through the process until the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel right at home and there was never any pressure or going back and forth with pricing or anything else. What they said they could do they did period. Love this dealership and the people there. Will continue to use them for any car purchases and services to my new Acura ZDX. Thank about this for a moment, you spend a total of maybe two hours when you purchase an automobile with the sales and finance folks. You will spend the next several years with the Service Department folks. So if time spent is the most important measure, which it is, then one's experience in the Service Department is the most important and it has been exceptional. Andrew was really great to work with and very helpful and accommodating as I had a used vehicle that I wanted to trade in. Of course I was looking for a good deal so Andrew and I went back and forth on available vehicles and options and finally settled on a great package at a great price. He was always quick to respond, courteous, informative, and at no point ever played the point of pushy salesperson. He was simply personable & professional--a great asset to have at any dealership. We made a deal over the phone/email and I traveled 200+ miles to pickup the car. The car was as described and Andrew & the dealership made everything easy, getting a the majority of the paperwork done while we were on the drive up.
