They are prompt in getting my car serviced. They explain what they are doing and if anything unusual arises they will let me know during the service. They make sure all the work done is charged correctly whether it is a warranty or under my prepaid maintenance plan. I appreciate the courteous personnel. Jeremy Ford has been working with me since I have purchased my Acura and I am very pleased with his professionalism and helpfulness.
