Refreshing Wow! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Norris West. I've been buying new cars for over 30 years and have never had such a positive Wow! No high sales tactics, no waiting around for hours while the salesperson and sales manager try to wear you down. I was in and out with a total invested time of maybe 2 1/2 hours. My salesman, Mark Franklin, even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me! (They had to retrieve the color and package I wanted from somewhere else so I had to return in few days to take delivery). He went over all the details of operation of the car and made sure he answered all my questions. Even the finance manager was straightforward and pleasant. I love my new 2016 RDX with Advance package, very nice car. I feel that it rides nicer and is comparably equipped than the Lexus RX 350 and for less money. Keep up the good work Norris Acura. I'll be back again and will be recommending you to my family and friends. More

Horrible..Period Purchased a 2006 RSX- Type S two years ago from Norris. Needless to say they were the only dealer location that had this car at the time I was looking Purchased a 2006 RSX- Type S two years ago from Norris. Needless to say they were the only dealer location that had this car at the time I was looking. I paid top dollar for the car only to find out when I wanted to go back to trade it in (to the same dealer i purchased from) for a different car (RL), that the car I had purchased was a 100% repaint. Not only that, but the front bumper was not even original and missing the vin# plate, which as the manager stated, should have been caught in the state inspection. I was originally only offered 6,000 as a trade in value of the car. The general manager (BILL VOWELS) agreed that it was and should not have been sold to me. The solution to the problem, NONE....The best he came up with was to offer me $7,000 for a car that should have been well worth $9,000 or better, but the 7000 trade in value was only applicable if I was going to trade it in towards a purchase of a car off their lot. This was only after I contacted ACURA directly and they in turn contacted the dealer directly trying to smooth over the situation. Going on over a month now, and still no solution to this problem. If you admit the car should NOT have been sold and there was no 50% or more paint disclosure, why would you not want to make this situation right when I was a returning customer looking to purchase another car. I find the general manager to be very rude and non helpful in this situation. needless to say, I will not spend any more money dealing with this dealership. I would advise if you dare purchase used, have the car thoroughly examined prior to purchase. More
Except Rob Squibb nobody cares for customer. Robb is the only friendly guy I met at Norris. Rest all were rude especially the cashier lady. OMG she was soo very rude. I had a very bad experience with Norris, when I went to purchase RDX nobody in sales were interested in making a deal. Next for making a service appointment I called Norris and the guy was talking so rude as if he is gonna pay for my service, I reported the same to service manger n he didnot care either. I would definitely recommend Rosenthal over Norris Acura in ellicott city. People are so rude except Robb Squibb. More

Went into Norris and was met with a salesperson that lacked the knowledge and professionalism anyone would expect. We are spending a very dear price for these cars and I would think he would know his cars. He did not. It was almost embarrassing to do the test drive and sit down with him during negotiations. I had to correct him on a few details about the RDX. SAD!! During the test drive he was way too chatty and distracted me on my drive. I went to another Acura dealer and am now a proud owner of a 2016 RDX. More
