The sales associate, Rob Saunders, was attentive, yet laid back, and did not pressure. The test drive went great and the price negotiations were quick and we received a good deal on the pre-own. Rob's manager was also friendly and easy to interact with. My only complaint was the length of time it took to complete the transaction, as well as how long it took the dealership's support staff to complete registration. That said, this dealership is one of the cleanest, laid back, and dealerships I've encountered. More

Pleasant purchasing experience I recently moved to Maryland from California and brought my 2005 MDX with me. Upon moving here I had my car serviced at frankel then Tisher. I didn't have a pleasant experience at these dealerships as they tried to push items at me and both told me my brakes needed replacement even though i got new ones 2 months prior. I finally tried out Norris. Their service department was very pleasant and they did not push any extra items at me. I finally found a good dealership. My 2005 MDX finally hit around 200k and I decided to get a 2015 TLX as an upgrade. They were easy to deal with and even matched Pohanka (biggest Acura dealership in USA) price. They were not pushy and very easy to negotiate with. Called all dealerships for prices, wanted to get Norris to match the best one and they did. Great car buying experience. More

Buyer Beware I bought a used vehicle from Norris and at that time I was told I would have a 1 year warranty. Just 2 months after purchase, I brought car back to m I bought a used vehicle from Norris and at that time I was told I would have a 1 year warranty. Just 2 months after purchase, I brought car back to mechanics with multiple issues, and was told that my warranty was only good for 1000 miles. I went back to my paperwork, and there is no mention of a warranty. My repairs came to $2900! Please read your paperwork, and ensure there is a warranty. An oral contract obviously doesn't hold true! Then take your used vehicle to a mechanic for a once over the same day you buy it! More
