Excellent Customer Service I went to both Tischer in Laurel and Norris when my wife and I were looking for a new SUV for her. We weren't exactly sure what trim level we wanted, I went to both Tischer in Laurel and Norris when my wife and I were looking for a new SUV for her. We weren't exactly sure what trim level we wanted, and were also torn between the RDX and the MDX. The difference in the customer service was quite staggering. I worked with Cara Mizansky at Norris, and she was extremely patient with us, going through all of our options, in detail, and was always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls that we sent to her with questions, as well as our numerous visits for test drives of both the RDX and MDX. Overall, our experience with everyone at Norris was very positive, and we are very happy with our purchase of our new 2017 RDX! More

Victor really looked out for us and was very responsive and helpful in setting up all the paperwork including insurance. He picked me up in the new car at my place, drove me to the insurance agent and then to the dealership to finalize paperwork and drive the car home. I you need your car serviced......stay away! Totally rip of They don't really check under your hood and around your car, they just pull up your carfax and go buy your previous recommendations! I had two minor issues with my car that I was aware of prior to taking it in for service. They would require no labor costs and to make matters worse, one of the issues was my hood would not stay up, my struts needed replacement. Do you think they mentioned that to me? NO! They only mentioned the issues that I have no clue of knowing about and that would cost thousands of dollars with labor alone. Such a rip-off! More

I cannot say enough about how smooth and easy this purchase was. No haggling, no long waiting while we run numbers, etc..... Did not have the car they said they had in stock I found Norris Acura through USAA's auto buying service. I went to look at a specific used car that the auto buying service said they had. The deale I found Norris Acura through USAA's auto buying service. I went to look at a specific used car that the auto buying service said they had. The dealer manager Tyrone called me the morning of my appointment to confirm our appointment to have me drive that specific car (a silver 2011 Kia Rio). When I got there they pulled up a red 2013 Kia Rio and acted like it was the car I came there to see. The sales person (Darnell) then spent a lot of time "trying to find the silver 2011" to no avail and started giving me a story about how it must have been sold and there was a disconnect between their internet department and the sales floor. If they did not have the car the decent thing to do would have been to call me and let me know. I drove an hour and a half to get there. It felt very much like a bait and switch scam. More

The sales associate, Rob Saunders, was attentive, yet laid back, and did not pressure. The test drive went great and the price negotiations were quick and we received a good deal on the pre-own. Rob's manager was also friendly and easy to interact with. My only complaint was the length of time it took to complete the transaction, as well as how long it took the dealership's support staff to complete registration. That said, this dealership is one of the cleanest, laid back, and dealerships I've encountered. More
