Purchase of a new car I visited Nortis Acura West with the intent to trade in my car and purchase a new one. I have purchased cars from Norris before and this is what brought me back to Norris. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a pleasant young lady, Cara Mizansky, with a smile on her face. We chatted for a bit and I told her what my purpose in coming to Norris was and that my experience with them was what brought me back. I have to add that two years ago, I purchased a different make of car with a different dealership and the experience was more than uncomfortable. I find all the people that work for Norris, whether it be sales or service, are always pleasant and listen to what you have to say and help you get to the go you were trying to accomplish. Cara was a distinct pleasure to work with as well as the Sales Manager, Tyrone and the finances with Ron. There was not one time that I felt pressured and always got my questions answered with a smile . I highly recommend Norris Acura, and especially Cara, to anyone who is interested in buying a car!!!
