We will definitely go back and highly recommended it. As soon as we walked in Ricky Tang (salesman) greeted us, very friendly. We wanted to buy a car. He did not wasted our time, he quickly showed us the available cars on the computer at our price range. He gave us the real price, there were no hidden fees or costs, ( other dealers we went added all kinds of fees and costs to the price showed on their computer). The General manager came to asked a few questions, the usual fees for the sale were added, (sale taxes, tags, registration, etc.). The finance person was also very professional, helpful and quick at providing the information. We left happy with our purchase and with the whole experience. More

He had an impressive knowledge of all the vehicles. He was patient and took a lot time with me. The next person I met was Girard Wright, and He also showed genuine interest. His assistance was critical in helping to seal the deal , and three hours later I drove home in style . Thanks Girard! Finally, a special acknowledgement to the money man Mr. "Marcus"Garvey who wrapped everything up in a precise and professional way. Yes, the entire experience was enjoyable and virtually stress free! I highly recommend these guys to any body, and especially to those who are hungry for honest, professional, and respectful service...Norris Acura on National Pikeway is the place to check out. They were able to come very close to my asking price, they fixed the minor issue I observed on the test drive without hesitation and overall they seemed to be a very customer friendly dealership. Fast-forward to the day I went to sign my paperwork and seal the deal, things began to go downhill. First, they dropped the price of the vehicle on the Internet, but would not honor that price, then they tried to charge me a couple hundred dollars more for the vehicle than the price we had agreed on the night before, but luckly I got that resolved. To continue, after having the vehicle only a couple weeks I noticed the sunroof didn't work; I cant say whether or not it work prior to me purchasing the vehicle because I dont recall testing it out (it was winter time, my error, lesson learned) Anyway, I called the dealership and told them of the problem. They told me to bring it in anytime the service center was open, and that they would fix it because I had not reached my 30day/1k mile warranty . So I took the vehicle in to be serviced. My sales rep wasn't in so i spoke to one of the managers at the front desk (he was very rude and unprofessional , he didn't even look up from the computer to talk to me). He then sent another manager to talk to me. This managers was much more friendly (so I thought) and told me to bring my vehicle back on Monday and he would get it fixed. On Monday I took the vehicle back to the dealership and spoke with the manager, he tells me it will be a couple hours and he would give me a call when it was done. By the COB that day I didn't receive a call so I decided to call them. When I called I was told that the service dept was closed so I'd have to call back the next day, I call the next day, they inform me a part is being ordered, I call the next day to check the status and Im told my vehicle is still not ready. By Thursday Im fed up, one because I've just paid them over 25k for a vehicle I was not able to drive and 2 because their communication was very poor (They'd had my car for 3 days and not one time did they call me and give me an update.) On that Thursday when I called Im informed by the CSA that the part hadn't been ordered and that they had just received approval to fix my vehicle aaand that it wouldn't be complete until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. All the time the service manager and my sales associate were lying to me, a part was never ordered my vehicle was just sitting. When I addressed the sales manager about the issue he said that I would not have had this issue if I had purchased the extended warranty. That was an absurd and very unprofessional response. It took them 2 weeks to put a new sunroof motor in. 2 week!!!! And they didnt provide me with a rental car nor did anyone ever call me to update me during the 2 week period. At one point they even stopped answering and returning my calls. Then when we went to pick the vehicle up the sales manager had the nerve to slide my keys to my fiancée. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The only honest person that we worked with was the CSA he was the only one that was honest. Thank you for that. More

From the time we walked in the door we received the "Red Carpet Treatment".They made purchasing a car easy!. You may not get the absolute cheapest price in town, but you can be confident that you'll get quality product from nice people without any of the typical pain of car buying. Brandon and Iain are both easy to deal with and come highly recommended. Brandon was patient with me as I went through my vetting process, which was probably much more thorough than the typical dealer. But I ended up confident and satisfied. When it's time for another car, I'll definitely talk to these guys. More

We visited on Saturday Jan 28th, 2017 at about 4 in the afternoon. Although the sales floor was very busy, there was obviously a few sales associates who glanced at us occasionally but never approached us on even spoke to us. We spent almost 10 minutes alone looking at an MDX on the sales floor that was locked due to it being sold. Can only imagine why they thought I wasn't good enough for anyone to talk to us. We walked outside and looked at a car directly outside the door, again, ignored. I used to own several acuras before we got into the minivan stage of our lives. Trust me, I can afford an MDX. I went next door to the old familiar Honda dealer wher the sales rep greeted us like family, and drove a new pilot, the Honda version of an MDX. As far as I'm concerned, Norris Acura west is useless. I will never return, and I'll tell people how We were treated there. I'll take my money where I'm valued. And yes, I'm buying a new pilot. Smooth move, morons. More

Awesome Service by the Sales Manager and GM We were looking for a used car. We had been to a few dealership but they didn't have anything we liked. We found something at Norris.
