Worst Experience This was our worst car buying experience. We drove from over an hour away with a quote in hand. It took over 6 hours, we learned nothing about the car This was our worst car buying experience. We drove from over an hour away with a quote in hand. It took over 6 hours, we learned nothing about the car, they lost the keys and the manager avoided us. The salesperson was new and got no support. They did not do all the proper paperwork which delayed getting our tags. I received no response from Acura or Norris on our experience. Disappointing. More
