The price on the internet is not what you're going to pay Fees that's what you're going to pay when you go to Norris Acura. There's an almost $1,000 reconditioning fee, what is this for I still don't know. Ju Fees that's what you're going to pay when you go to Norris Acura. They're going to pressure you into buying warranties and gap coverages by telling you everything that possibly can go wrong with the vehicle. I left there feeling like I got ripped off, hours later buyer's remorse. The sad thing is I really enjoy the car that I purchased just not the tactics of bait and switch far as pricing. I'll probably would have come in and purchased the car anyway without the hidden fees just be upfront and honest and you'll get repeat customers. And the salesman Steven Cruz took my vehicle to get it filled up with gasoline which was just up the road and it took them 45 minutes to do so he must have had an errand to do. More
