unprofessional services Came in on a Saturday to look at a used 2017 TLX that I had seen online. Worked with Nate Chappelle and Warren the sales manager. I Like the car , but we couldn't agree on a price at that time. So I left . Nate and Warren called me back that following week . We came to a price that I agree with and I was coming to buy the car. Tuesday night I told Mr. Chappelle that I was going to get the car the following day when I got off, Provided him with all my information , Id , insurance information, they ran my credit I was approved for financing. Spoke to Mr. Chappelle that morning asking him if there was any other information that I need to bring with me this evening to pick up the car, he said check stubs, I sent them and see you this evening . On my way to the dealer that evening to pick up the car, Received a TEXT from Mr. Chappelle , saying only that the car was sold! Called Mr. Chappelle, No answer. He TEXT me back say I didn't know it was sold , you need to contact the sale manager. I call Warren, he was extremely unapologetic, provided me with a bunch of excuses and no resolution to the fact that you have all my personal information and now I have no car. also I have a inquiry on my credit that could negatively impact my credit score in the future, and again still no car. Warren finished the conversation said he would get back to me, I haven't heard anything from either dealer since. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Horrible business conduct. If this is how they treat their customers, I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy a car from here. Communication was terrible and 0 ethical business practices. More
