I asked for price on additional service and Steve provided an estimate which i agreed to the competitive pricing. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was able to get my car back the same day. I was able to schedule a loaner service vehicle which enabled me to go about my business while my car was in the shop. I picked up my car after all services were completed. It was washed and cleaned and ready to hit the road. Thank you Steve and Acura of Columbus!!! More

Very, very customer oriented. Acura really needs to keep him. The guy that did the maintenance was very detailed and thorough. Enjoyed listening to his conversation while he was test driving the SUV; Steve was right, good sense of humor. More

Acura of Columbus knew up front that I wouldn’t be a repeat customer, but from the very first interaction they were helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary. Not only did I drop in (on a weekend!) with no appointment and a tricky diagnostic problem, but with my training schedule I had a very tight turn around on needing my vehicle repaired. AofC got me right in, was very helpful and even put me in a loaner, and my car was done with two days to spare on my timeline. With a stressful training situation, this car problem could easily have turned into a nightmare. What impressed me most was that they knew I wouldn’t be able to be a return customer and they could easily have given me the runaround. Instead, they provided excellent customer service and prompt repair with minimal interruption to my schedule. I may not be local and able to use AofC often, but I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others who are local. More

Sarah-Beth handled our previous service visit and Steven handled this one. Both gave us clear details as to what was to be done and reiterated what was actually done when our RDX was ready to drive off. The courtesy car provided while our RDX was being serviced was very useful. We did some needed grocery shopping. When we received notice that our RDX was ready, several of the service associates helped us move our groceries from one vehicle to the other. Even with the purchase of 4 new tires, the RDX was available well before the time we had requested. Thanks again to Acura's awesome team of service professionals. Jim Brownlee More
