This is my third time visiting Acura of Columbus and it’s always been a very pleasant experience Steve Britt is very professional accommodating and thorough explains everything and make sure that I’m comfort always been a very pleasant experience Steve Britt is very professional accommodating and thorough explains everything and make sure that I’m comfortable and updated me frequently on the status of the work being done. He also helped me reschedule an appointment something had come up in my calendar he told me not to worry I even arrived a little late he said no problem and they got it taken care of. The only drawback of each of my visits is that it takes a lot of time, more than I think is necessary but then again I may need to change my expectation for the time allowed for the service. I guess I’m just used to the quick lube‘s where the quality of work and isn’t nearly as good. More
