The absolute worst experience with Acura of Columbus. I had my vehicle towed here for a repair (rear passenger caught a nail). Unbeknownst to me they didn’t have a tire in stock which I understood and au I had my vehicle towed here for a repair (rear passenger caught a nail). Unbeknownst to me they didn’t have a tire in stock which I understood and authorized them to get a tire for my vehicle. Next thing you know they’re not even working on my vehicle. I called up this store more than 10x trying to get an update on my vehicle. Even when I got it towed and beforehand I tried to call. I should’ve taken it as a sign that the service department would be an absolute dumpster fire. They don’t pick up the phone and you have to call the sales department to get an answer on something service should be handling. It’s one thing to be busy but there’s no excuse for not even one person reaching out. More

He communicated with me in an efficient manner, diligently worked with me to negotiate a fair purchase price for the vehicle, and made the entire transaction as seamless as possible. I was dealing with several different personal matters at the time of this purchase, and Mr. Brooks went the extra mile to have documents prepared and ready by the time I arrived at the dealership. This required coordination with not only his manager, but also the finance team, who were great to work with, too. I am so happy with my new vehicle and very appreciative to everyone at Acura of Columbus who assisted in any manner with this transaction. Mr. Brooks, especially, is someone I would refer to others and would work with again, if the opportunity presented itself. More
