Extreme waiting time for service Customer service sucks. No replys ever. Sales only wants money and then you dont exist. Oil changed & filter the worst experience that I've ever had in this dealership. I came in today for oil changed and MPI services. First, when I drove my car in the servic the worst experience that I've ever had in this dealership. I came in today for oil changed and MPI services. First, when I drove my car in the service department, none of the employees gonna taken care of me; everybody acted like didn't see me here. five minutes later, I couldn't wait like this and I stepped up to the person who was chilling with others. He called the lady to take care of me, she is the service advisor there. And she just pretended didn't hear anything and continued to do her stuffs. Five more minutes gone, finally, that man who was chilling there picked up the work sheet and take care of my car. BTW, it was 10:45 AM at that time. The service didn't completed until 2:20PM but they said this service should be done within 2 hours. I asked when it will be done at 1:15PM, they said 10 minutes. I asked again at 1:45PM, they said 10 more minutes. I asked again at 2:10PM and the lady was enjoying her lunch and started to print-out my paperwork because I asked third times already. The customer waiting room is like 3-4 people during my stay. I don't know why it takes so long just for the oil change? Oh, i forgot one thing, they didn't do MPI service for my car, and they didn't repaired my left tire pressure concerned. so, 3 and half hours and just do one thing---OIL CHANGED. AVOID this service department at all COST!! More
Excellent Service, Friendly Staff I came in because my check engine light was on, along with a check VSA light on. Cruise control was also not working. Cherise was helpful and friendly I came in because my check engine light was on, along with a check VSA light on. Cruise control was also not working. Cherise was helpful and friendly from the start. She was very knowledgeable of my TSX and checking my car in was a breeze. The work done was outstanding, and all my problems were fixed. Will definitely be back again, maybe even for my next Acura :-) More

Avoid if you can. This is the 3rd time I visited this dealership. I will never visit them again. I must call out that Richard was fair and reasonable. In contrast to the entire bad experience I had, I must call out that Jonathan was beyond helpful and an example of excellent customer service. He went out of his way to help me and resolve my issues.
