I walked into "Acura of Brooklyn" with little hopes of believing that I could walk out driving a brand, new vehicle. Well, I was absolutely wrong because the following employees worked extremely hopes of believing that I could walk out driving a brand, new vehicle. Vadim, Asad, and Andrew were extremely professional and courteous. Also, friendly and sincere. Even before I reached my decision, they treated me as highly valued customer. They were highly committed to helping me afford a vehicle that fell within my budget. Even when I was about to give up (due to fear that it would be too costly), they refused to allow me to walk away empty-handed. The ACURA TL is presently my third car, however, my first luxury vehicle. Throughout all of my previous car shopping experiences, I've never received such ROYAL TREATMENT. I went to this dealership because I've had two leased vehicles from them. My current lease will expired in November 2012 and I wanted to know if there was any specials on the trade in at this time.
