Excellent dealership. This is my second Acura from them and even though my other salesperson was not there, the service did not suffer at all. Walked into Acura of Brooklyn with my wife shoping for a vehicle. Met up with Neal who introduced himself to us. The one thing that I really liked about Neal,was that he was not pushy with us. He told us what we needed to know about the vehicle in question, and stepped aside ,gave us his card and said whenever you are ready, i am here for you. Three days later ,I walked over to Neal and purchased my 2012 Acura in just minutes and drove it out the door the same day. Neal did all the leg work. How easy was that? The worst dealership ever. They will rip you off once they find out you did not do your research. I had to go there 3 times to get my quote, on the 3rd time they offered me a $699/month lease on a 2012 A they find out you did not do your research. I had to go there 3 times to get my quote, on the 3rd time they offered me a $699/month lease on a 2012 Acura TL. That's ridiculous. Bought the same car from Curry Acura for $550/month. Sales rep's name is Vadim. Would not recommend to my worst enemies not even talking about friends or family. More

I had visited the Acura of Brooklyn dealership to lease a new RDX. It was the best car purchasing experience I ever had. I only dealt with Vadim, my sales consultant, and Asad, the finance manager. Actually, I spoke as well with Ms. Wojcik and Mr. Horruitiner, the general manager, on and off while in the showroom. Just chatting, really. The atmosphere was very low key, extremely friendly and totally professional. I wound up spending over an hour more than was necessary to complete the purchase, talking, laughing...really, it was like being at a social gathering rather than the anxiety-producing gauntlet that buying a car has been in the past. I was never rushed. The negotiation was transparent, extremely reasonable and truly accommodating. When I drove away in my new car, I couldn't believe how pleasant the experience had been. Because I had researched the model I was interested in, I knew beforehand what I should pay for it and at what point I would walk out, car-less. The details were agreed to very quickly. The car was ready on time, prepared as promised, explained and demonstrated. If I watched the process from across the showroom, I would have bet the whole thing was staged. It was a dealership you might see in a commercial. But they were for real. What a pleasure! More
