I had my appointment at 12 pm for a simple diagnostics of my vehicle. They had me waiting from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. I drove 90 mins one way; I basically used 7 hours and 30 mins of my time getting a simple diag my vehicle. They had me waiting from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. I drove 90 mins one way; I basically used 7 hours and 30 mins of my time getting a simple diagnostic. Admittedly, they explained the issue and the amount needed for the repair. However, they did not provide the page that showed the exact costs for service and part. I called back for a copy, they proceeded to state that they do not provide that page unless I pay for the services needed first. In a bout of greed, they refused to provide the information that I paid for, to the make the most calculated decision regarding my vehicle. I will never return to that dealership for my car servicing needs. Subpar professionalism. Extremely disappointed. More
I love the service and effort that was made by Dante to keep me informed about my options while shopping around for a car. Bad business practice Arranged to turn in my 2017 Acura several months prior to the expiration of its lease for a 2020 model. Came to a satisfactory financial arrangement w Arranged to turn in my 2017 Acura several months prior to the expiration of its lease for a 2020 model. Came to a satisfactory financial arrangement with the sales associate,, Peyton Rowe, who was very helpful. We were told the car would be ready late in May. When it was ready, Peyton called and we arranged to pick it up on a Saturday morning. The day before, the dealership manager called to inform us that the incentive we'd been given applied to 2019 models, that it was a mistake to offer it to us that there were no 2019 models left, and that the 2020 model we wanted would cost an additional $4000! My wife, who took the call, blew her top at this news, which led to major friction in our household. When I spoke to the manager, a woman with what sounded like a Russian accent, she suggested we cancel the deal and wait for a similar incentive to be offered on a 2020 model. There was no guarantee that this would happen, no promise that our original deal would be honored. It was impossible not to be angry at such unprofessional business dealings, and we canceled the deal and swore never to shop for an Acura at this place again. There may even be legal recourse since the fault was theirs, not ours, and they should simply have swallowed the loss, no matter the cost. We are still reeling from the disappointment of not getting our new car as per the deal we made. More

I must commend Peyton Rowe, he was a great salesman, very professional, patient, and answered any concerns I had. He really had me sold, and I was about to sign the dotted lines. Unfortunately he jumped the gun on the price he offered me because his sales manager couldn’t drop the TrueCar price by a few hundreds. The manager claimed that if he dropped the price any further they wouldn’t make a profit. This could be true, but it was just hard to believe because I got TrueCar price offers from other Acura dealers that were less than this dealers price. What’s more, I left a review on google, and someone from the dealership responded. They are asking me to call them so they can resolve this matter so I can change my review from one star to five. Why would I call?!?? You should be taking care of your customer and call me, to show that your putting an effort to make amends. More
Outstanding Maintenance Department After traveling 1,000 miles from Alabama in my 2006 Acura TSX, the A, 2, and 4 maintenance lights came on with immediate maintenance needed. Fortuna After traveling 1,000 miles from Alabama in my 2006 Acura TSX, the A, 2, and 4 maintenance lights came on with immediate maintenance needed. Fortunately Acura of Brooklyn was not too far from where we were staying. They made it easy to make an appointment, easy to process the care in for maintenance explaining everything they would be doing and the estimated cost, timely maintenance service, and easy car pickup. The cost of the maintenance was reasonable and comparably to what we pay in Alabama. Special thanks for Richard Billingsley, Service Advisor, for his outstanding customer service and rapport. I highly recommend Acura of Brooklyn for all your Acura needs. More
