Walked out of the dealership, without spending $.01 Cent. Incredible, but true. Kudo's to GM Tony Urrutia, without whose help, this deal never would have happened. Ewa, Peyton, Tina, Robbie, etc., went overboard to make me feel special; like a family member. My HIGHEST recommendation! More
Go in Carless...drive off with a smile and a brand new car.. I just leased my beautiful Acura RDX with Tech package from Acura of Brooklyn. Shawn Stephens was my Sales Rep. This gentleman went above and beyond I just leased my beautiful Acura RDX with Tech package from Acura of Brooklyn. Shawn Stephens was my Sales Rep. This gentleman went above and beyond his call of duty. He was very personable, professional, answer my many questions and made sure I left with the biggest smile on my face on the same day I arrived. How did I leave with a smile? He ensured I drove off with my 2015 Acura RDX on the same day! This is NOT My first Lease...but it is my first with Acura of Brooklyn! Trust me it won't be my last :) In addition...Shawn made sure he addressed all of my concerns and relayed them to management accordingly. I really didn't have too many concerns...since this dealership truly rolls out the red carpet for you. Don't hesitate!!! Go get your new car!!! The worst!!!! My 2010 Acura MDX has a serious oil consumption issues that Acura of Brooklyn has been unable and unwilling to fix. When I called Acura Corp custome My 2010 Acura MDX has a serious oil consumption issues that Acura of Brooklyn has been unable and unwilling to fix. When I called Acura Corp customer relations and spoke with Kyle Green I was told that it is acceptable for Acura cars to lose 1 quart of oil per 1,000 miles. So therefore if you drive 4,000 miles and your car has no oil left????? that is normal???? The answer Acuras gives me is that the policy is that you can lose 1 quart of oil per 1,000 miles. I had an oil consumption test which proved there is an oil issue of 1 quart per one thousand miles, but they are unwilling to perform an oil consumption test at 3,000 or 4,000 miles (which would show there is virtually no oil left in the car (they also refuse to perform a pressure test or fix the car). How can it ever be normal that there is NO OIL LEFT in a car after 4,000 miles???? Why cant Acura fix my car which is still under warranty????........How can you treat your customers like this?????The Acura of Brooklyn dealership and Acura corp are unwilling to fix the oil consumption issue despite the fact my car is still under warranty. More

nice teamwork!! I went to the Acura dealership a week ago, having in mind a specific car which was the final choice of a long search. I got there and got swayed by so I went to the Acura dealership a week ago, having in mind a specific car which was the final choice of a long search. I got there and got swayed by somebody whom took me across the street and tried to sell me a different brand after inflating the price of the car I wanted. I went home very disappointed and called to inquire about what had just happened. I spoke to Robbie, the manager, and he seemed pretty upset about it. He asked me to come back if possible, and worked out a good deal with me. The way I was treated that time was in stern contrast with my previous experience. Everybody worked so well together and I left that day with the car I wanted. Darren King, my sales person, really has the personality and skills for the job! Kudos to the financial team also, Mr Alex Vilbrun pulled all the necessary wires and made it happen. Eva Wojciki was quick to address anything that was a bother. I will definitely go back and will recommend friends and family happily. More

Initially, I test drove a silver 2014 TL and a short while later I seen a reddish colored one and instantly fell in love!! This is my first Acura, but certainly will not be my last!!
