Acura unscheduled visit My AC was not working so I had to make an appointment which I was unable to make over the phone.. I decided to go in without one.. Got there at 0730 My AC was not working so I had to make an appointment which I was unable to make over the phone.. I decided to go in without one.. Got there at 0730 pulled into the bay and got out of the vehicle turned it off and left the key on the dash.. The promptly came over took my info and tried to access the vehicle which to our surprise the door was locked.. She able to get the code and get it unlocked..The visit took 6 hours to complete to fix the AC and to do an oil change.. I did notice it was a very busy day but my service Rep was attentive and kept me informed as to where my vehicle was in the process.. I usually wait when I bring my vehicle in for service and six hours is a long time but having an attentive service Rep does make the experience less unpleasant.. More
