I had an absolutely terrible experience with Accura Brooklyn. I recently purchased a new RDX 2023 from them and it has been nothing but a headache since. When I first arrived, the sales team was overly Brooklyn. I recently purchased a new RDX 2023 from them and it has been nothing but a headache since. When I first arrived, the sales team was overly friendly and offered me discounts to make the sale. However, it all went downhill from there. When it came time for registration, I requested for it to be sent to the dealer so I could pick it up. They agreed to this, but when I called to check on it a few days before the temporary registration expired, nobody answered the phone. When I finally went in person, the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful, simply telling me to come back on Monday. When I returned on Tuesday, the person I spoke with told me that the registration had already been sent to my address, despite my original request. When I called to confirm, the lady at the sales desk told me to come in and pick it up. When I arrived, they claimed to have never received anything and told me to come back in three weeks. Throughout this entire ordeal, Accura and Honda in this location showed absolutely no responsibility for their customer. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely wasted my time. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them, as their customer service is a complete disaster. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by finding a different dealership to work with. There are plenty of other options out there that will treat you with respect and provide quality service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next car purchase. I just wanted to give Moni (517) a quick shout-out and say thanks for saving my butt with my registration. I bought TLX last week working with Faiza K and it was a great experience. Initially there were some misunderstanding but she was quickly able to understand the facts and communicated well with us, manager, great experience. I have never left a negative review of anything in my life, not for a product, service , restaurant, anything, but this place is one of the worst I've ever encountered. I'll say before the review that everyone at the dealership was very kind and there is some chance this whole situation was a bunch of bad luck mixed with decisions outside of the control of Ewa and her sales team. But the bad experience happened and I'm sharing it in case it helps anyone. First, they attempted bait and switch tactics with a fair internet price entirely offset by high "dealer fees" revealed during the purchase process. They then offered half of what other dealers offered for my used car trade-in. I was happy to walk away from the deal the didn't work for me. But it didn't end there. They called me up 15 minutes later as I and my family were driving home. They were now willing to waive the dealer fees and offer me a fair value for my trade-in. We decided to cancel our plans and head back to the dealership to buy the car. Not for a bargain, just the original price. We arrived, filled out all the paperwork as we waited for a confusingly long amount of time to process the transaction. After all paperwork was signed a mysterious phone call arrived, and there was "bad news" - the car was no longer there. It had been taken to repair a scratch, so they said, and couldn't be picked up until the next week. I asked to just put a deposit down on the car so I could see it again before purchasing. They refused this, insisting that I purchase the car sight unseen or walk away. I walked away, after being told over and over that this was normal and I shouldn't think the situation was strange. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
