He once even took pictures of my broken rear aftermarket spring and sent it to me so I could send it in to get the lifetime warranty. On a different occasion I thought the driver side outer cv boot was cracked. They inspected it and determined it wasn't, but clamped my catalytic heat shield because one of the flanges rusted off.
